  4. Platform Behavior: Certain actions, such as refreshing the browser page, may reset terminal settings and open positions. Users should be aware of the platform's behavior, and precautionary measures are advised.
  5. Beta Version Disclaimer: TRADO is currently in its beta version, and as such, some features may not be live yet or may have limited functionality. We appreciate your understanding as we actively work to improve and expand the platform.
  6. Broker Server Issues: TRADO does not take responsibility for issues arising from broker server performance. Any disruptions in order placement due to broker server problems are beyond our control.
  7. Single API Login Disclaimer: Users are informed that due to broker restrictions, TRADO can only provide a single API login. Consequently, users may experience limitations in accessing TRADO from different devices simultaneously. Logging in from one device will automatically log out the user from any other device where the session was active. It is recommended to plan and use TRADO from a preferred device to avoid interruptions in the trading experience.
  8. Educational Purpose Disclaimer: TRADO's demonstrations and educational content are provided for informational and educational purposes only. The information presented should not be considered as financial advice.
  9. No Guarantees Disclaimer: TRADO does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information on the platform. Market conditions and information may change rapidly.

Notes

  1. Currently, TRADO supports Nifty, BankNifty, FinNifty, MidcapNifty, Sensex, Bankex Option Trading.
  2. We are not responsible for any of your profits/losses incurred using TRADO
  3. We are not SEBI-registered investment/financial advisers. Please consult your investment/financial adviser before trading/investing.
  4. We provide software tools to help traders ease order placement through their Broker's API to their broker's server.
  5. Trado does not have access to your credentials; they are sent directly to your broker's server for authentication and are saved locally in the browser only when you save the credentials by checking the "Save credentials for Next Time" checkbox
  6. TRADO does not take any responsibility for issues caused by the broker server. If the broker server encounters any problems, and orders are not placed due to broker issues, it is the responsibility of the broker. TRADO sends correct requests to the broker server, and if the broker experiences any issues on their server, it is considered a broker-side error. In high volatility, there may be instances where the broker server does not respond to some order requests, leading to potential order misses. In such cases, it is not the responsibility of TRADO.
  7. Predefined TGT/SL and MTM TGT/SL features will only work if the TRADO Terminal window is open and set to "Always On Top" of all windows. Enabling the "Always On Top" feature or keeping the terminal on top of all pages, in a floating window, is essential. If the TRADO terminal goes into the background for more than 1 minute, browsers typically stop processing power of all background tabs due to default browser settings. In such cases, the Predefined TGT/SL and MTM TGT/SL features may cease to function.
  8. When you click on the refresh button of TRADO, the strike options reset to the ATM strike price, and all limit checkboxes reset to unchecked. However, MTM TGT/SL and Predefined TGT/SL don't reset to zero with the TRADO refresh button.
  9. If you refresh your browser page, the entire TRADO terminal settings will reset to default. Any open positions in the market will become open again, meaning all predefined SL/TGT will reset to zero. Whatever Predefined SL/TGT were set before refreshing the page will be reset to zero, and you will need to set MTM TGT/SL and all predefined TGT/SL again. If you reload the entire webpage, these features will be reset to zero, and all running positions will be naked. Here, you have to manually place all TGT/SL again.
  10. Some features are not live yet, such as MIS order, Futures and Stock Trading. As TRADO is currently in its beta version, you may encounter minor issues that will be addressed and improved. All other features are actively in progress, and soon, they will be live on the terminal.
  11. Reservation of Rights: TRADO reserves all rights to block any user from its platform. By using this platform, users implicitly agree to adhere to TRADO's terms and conditions, which are subject to change by TRADO without prior notification.
  12. Free Platform Disclaimer: Currently, TRADO is a free platform, and it does not charge any fees through any payment method. All information provided on the website and official social media channels is accurate and authorized by TRADO. Users are advised that TRADO will never initiate transactions or request pre-booking fees.
  13. Fraud Awareness Statement: With the rise of fraudulent activities on social media, users are cautioned against potential scams conducted in TRADO's name. TRADO does not operate any paid Telegram channels or whatsapp channels, nor does it make unsolicited calls or messages for payments or training programs. Users should exercise caution and avoid falling prey to fraudulent schemes.

If you use TRADO Platform you agree and abide by all the above mentioned Terms and Conditions, if you don’t agree to the conditions please refrain from using the same.
